I really do like getting to know people who read this. So answer these questions cos questions are fun. Bonus points for making me laugh, since my brain is leaking out of my ears again.

Here are my answers:

1. What is your name?
Wendy

2. How old are you?
I am twenty-eight years old.

3. Where do you live, what do you live in, and do you like it?
I live in a loft in downtown Los Angeles, near skid row. I have a lot of space, not enough stuff to fill it with. I have to fix everything myself (anyone who knows me understands the danger in this). The elevator hardly works, sometimes there is blood on the stoop, there are homeless dudes and bees outside my window. Oh, and there is a bridge is right by my bed, which makes my apartment very dusty and loud. It's super cheap and my air conditioner works, but I'm getting kicked out next year. I live alone and I love it.

4. What do you do for a job?
I'm a freelance graphic designer. Right now I'm doing print work in Hollywood.

5. What would you do with your time in an ideal world where earning money wasn't the top priority?
If I didn't have to earn a living, I would draw and bake and read and listen to records and take regular walks in the park. I'd probably start designing stupid things, such as better illustrated IKEA furniture assembly instructions. This is also dependent on a 30-hour day.

6. Do you make anything?
Besides silly work doodles and the occasional stuffed animal friend? I just made a kitchen counter, a delicious salad, and at some point I won't be too tired to work on a comic. Also I paint, print, sew, knit, crochet, and very rarely I make little songs and even littler movies.

7. What is your favorite food?
Dumplings.

8. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
I've got Berlin on the brain again, and maybe a nice little forest cottage or a beach house would be nice. But I'm pretty happy with where I am right now.

I live in a 1.5 bedroom 3rd floor apartment in South Philly all by my lonesome. It's the best place I've ever lived. I love every second of it.
4. What do you do for a job?
I make books for investment salesmen to pitch funds to dudes. It's more complicated than that, but no one cares.
5. What would you do with your time in an ideal world where earning money wasn't the top priority?
I would make all the things I'm always wanting to make for myself, travel everywhere, play outside often, always be surrounded by my favorite people, write more, create more, and just all in all be a happier person {though I'm pretty damn happy already}.
6. Do you make anything?
Stuffed amandamals, mix cds, gifts for friends, wallets, iphone cases, messes, silly faces, funny noises, big laughs, scenes, etc.
7. What is your favorite food?
Right now anything with prosciutto on it, but also Indian, Thai, Ethiopian, falafel, pizza, ice cream, pierogies, grilled cheese, & most other foods.
8. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
I'm pretty content living right here, but I wouldn't mind traveling elsewhere. Ideally I want to live in a glass house in a very tall tree with patchwork curtains all around so the light streams in Just Right. It's a dream.
9. Ask me a question about anything.

1. My name is anja louise verdugo, but before I was married it was Anja Louise Charbonneau. I get to write my name in lowercase now because dalas' name is legally lowercase! Haha.

2. I am 24, my birthday is October 29, 1983.

3. I live in Portland, Oregon. I live in a house and I LOVE IT. No roommates, just us, and a lot of space.

4. I sell things on etsy for a job. I sell art & crafty things as well as vintage goods.

5. I like what I am doing right now for a job, but if I didn't need to earn money I would spend a lot of time gardening, cooking, drawing, playing music, reading, watching movies... all of my hobbies.

6. I make food, drawings, livejournal entries (ha ha) and sometimes I sew things but I am not very good.

7. My favorite food is a tough one. I love Mexican and Thai a lot, but the food at Farm is the best thing I have ever tasted so I might have to pick "anything from Farm." I love food too much to really choose.

Orestes; my namesake (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orestes_%28name%29) killed his mother. My last name is Chouchoulas, pronounced Hoohoolas, comes from the sound owls make, and is only a couple of generations old.

2. How old are you?
Still thirty-one.

3. Where do you live, what do you live in, and do you like it?
King's Cross, London, formerly the preferred haunt of ladies of the night. I rent a fairly new one-bedroom flat for which I pay too much. But it's worth it: the floors are concrete so no once complains when I make a racket with my bass, and it has a huge floor-to-ceiling window that offers a view unencumbered by other buildings for miles, in front of which I stand naked and sip tea (carefully) in the mornings.

4. What do you do for a job?
I am an architector. But I don't know what I want to be when I grow up. Pornographer, artist, lighthouse keeper are all possibilities.

5. What would you do with your time in an ideal world where earning money wasn't the top priority?
Look at typefaces more; play music more; write more.

hmm...weirdest job i had...religious instruction teacher? photomat girl? no, the comic shop job beats them all, thanks creepy comic shoppers!

I live in a 1-bedroom apartment in East London with my husband. I like that it has lot of light and wooden floors and a nice white kitchen with a smeg fridge. I am originally from Portugal and live in Estoril, a place right outside Lisbon, but we wanted to try London for this year.


4. What do you do for a job?
I'm a freelance graphic designer. I'm working with an architect's office doing all their editorial work and also helping build a stationery brand.


5. What would you do with your time in an ideal world where earning money wasn't the top priority?
I am super lazy, so I would probably holiday all year round. Travel a lot, shop, watch tv, eat great food, hang out with friends, read books, watch movies, surf the net, sleep, cuddle.


6. Do you make anything?
I recently bought a gocco and I want to make my own greeting cards to sell soon, also I cook, I used to make collages quite a lot, I photograph and I used to make presents for friends. This just led me to realize London has made me a worse person.


7. What is your favorite food?
Spicy food in general and pizza.

8. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
Lisbon.
